TRAC President and CEO Carol Hochu called Royal Mat "a pioneer in the field of tire recycling and production of high-quality products from recycled rubber. We look forward to a cooperative and lasting relationship that will be mutually beneficial."

Royal Mat President and CEO Jeff Doré said he is looking forward to "working with TRAC in the areas of sustainability and advocacy as they relate to tire recycling, end-of-life tire management and market development for recycled rubber products in Canada."

Cambridge-based TRAC represents tire makers, rubber products manufacturers and importers as well as rubber recyclers and suppliers of goods and services for the tire and rubber industry.
