I'm blown away by the creativity! The safety locks for the leg press, the chainsaw plunge cuts used to cut the center "holes" for the weights, the treadmill. Something tells me this guy will make it through the apocalypse. ISO40 machine spindle

While the ingenuity is cool, all of this is so unnecessary. Pec flys? C'mon man. Lat pull downs with a 3 lb log? And then you add a pulley system to it? Much less work. People, the basics are a tried and true method: pull ups, push ups, Squats, and sprints. Once those are easy, add weights in a backpack, dip belt or whatever! Much better results than a pulley system with 3 lb logs.
That's not the point. "Less work, better results, unnecessary" - depends on what your goals are. This guy is looking to kill some time.
